Jiangxi Zhongpin Tools Co., Ltd. is located on Yangguang Avenue in the Xinyu High-tech Industrial Development Zone. The company focuses on the R&D, production, and sales of hardware tools, equipped with advanced domestic production equipment such as automatic straightening and automatic welding machines, enabling an annual production capacity of 60 million high-quality drill bits.

The enterprise originated in Furong Town, Yueqing, Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, a region renowned for its industrial heritage as the “Hometown of Drill Bits.” Influenced by market competition and other factors, the company’s founder, Huang Lincheng, conducted field investigations to select a location and ultimately decided to establish operations in Xinyu, Jiangxi. “The Xinyu Municipal Government provides strong support to outside investors, opening a green channel for business registration. Both sides quickly reached a cooperation agreement, completing land leveling in less than three months,” said Huang. The government’s efficient administrative services have fostered a favorable business environment for the company’s growth.

Recalling the construction process of the factory, project manager Liu Junsheng remarked, “This used to be a barren piece of land. Only after the land was leveled could the factory truly take shape. Setting up a factory in another location involves complicated procedures, but the High-tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee proactively coordinated with us, helping streamline the project approval process and liaising with various functional departments. All formalities were completed smoothly, allowing construction of the factory to proceed concurrently. In 2019, the company officially began production, marking a new chapter of rapid development in Xinyu.”

Drill bit manufacturing is a complex process with stringent technical requirements; every step—from cutting materials, welding, quenching, to polishing—is crucial. The production workshop is divided into independent process zones, where workers collaborate according to their assigned tasks, and products move to the next stage only after passing inspection. Intelligent equipment such as automatic welding machines and automatic straightening machines not only boosts production efficiency but also further enhances the precision of drill bit processing.

Since establishing its own factory, Jiangxi Zhongpin Tools Co., Ltd. has continuously invested in R&D and innovation, bringing products like impact drills and electric hammer drills up to advanced domestic industry standards, and building a large-scale, specialized production system. The company has successively received numerous honors, including National High-tech Enterprise, Two-Integration Standardization Enterprise, and Science-and-Technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprise.
